Communications equipment runs in remote locations, often unattended for extended periods. Without visibility into battery health, solar output and GPS position, the first sign of a problem is usually a network outage and by then, the damage to operations is already done.

The HUM changes that. MTGA’s monitoring device fits directly onto any communications trailer and feeds real-time data back to a single web-based dashboard, battery state, solar performance, equipment location, orientation and more. It flags potential issues before they cause downtime, shows you where your equipment is, and keeps a log of performance data for ongoing optimisation. Compact enough to retrofit into existing systems without major modifications.

Equipment is tracked in real time on a map overlay using Google Maps or your site's own mine map. If equipment is moved above 40km/h or any threshold you set, it logs and reports the event, even if offline at the time.
Battery & Solar Health

Battery & Solar Health

The HUM interfaces directly with the solar charge regulator to monitor battery health and solar output. It tracks the relationship between solar panel orientation and power output, helping optimise trailer positioning and flag declining performance before it causes an outage.
Trailer Orientation

Trailer Orientation

An internal magnetometer and compass track which direction the trailer is facing. Combined with solar output data, this tells you whether panels are positioned optimally for the conditions and where adjustments would improve performance.
Network Dead Spot Mapping

Network Dead Spot Mapping

With equipment position logged, the HUM helps identify gaps in your network coverage. Equipment can be positioned at the right distance relative to one another on setup, reducing the probability of wireless dead spots and simplifying troubleshooting when issues arise.

The Lite version is designed for unpowered assets, self-charging via integrated micro solar panel and installs with magnetic mounts, no wiring required.
