High-Power Communication Base Station with Dual Redundancy and Full LTE Capability

The 1000 Series is a semi-portable communications base station built to replace a standard communications tower at sites with advanced, high-power requirements. Supporting more than 1600W of continuous power draw, it runs LTE applications for a single sector or cell, and keeps running with both battery and generator redundancy backing it up.

At 8–11 tonnes, it moves by off-road forklift or crane, and a single person can deploy the full 12–18 panel solar array and aluminium lattice mast in under 10 minutes. Equipment sits in a double-walled, air-conditioned insulated shelter or air-conditioned RU racks, keeping everything environmentally controlled regardless of what’s happening outside. Masts from 17 to 50 metres are supported, with headloads up to 200kg at apex. Fabricated in Perth on a galvanised skid frame with heavy gauge tube construction.

1000–1600W Continuous Power, Fully Redundant

Twelve to eighteen solar panels deliver serious continuous power, backed by more than five days of battery redundancy and six days of generator redundancy from a 200L tank. For operations where communications failure isn't an option, the dual redundancy setup keeps the system live.

Air-Conditioned Equipment Housing

Communications hardware performs best when it's kept cool and dust-free. The 1000 Series houses all equipment in either a double-walled insulated shelter or air-conditioned RU racks, keeping everything environmentally controlled in conditions that would compromise standard enclosures.

How Deployment Works

The 1000 Series is a skid-based unit moved into position by off-road forklift or crane. Once positioned, a single operator deploys the full solar array and mast in under 10 minutes. It can operate as a standalone base station or as a power supply for an existing tower on site. Relocation is straightforward when operational requirements shift.
